Diana Bautista


Diana is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certification Board. She is a life long native of Tucson and a member of the Tohono O’odham tribe. She served in the United States Army for 5 Years. After her military career, she pursued a career in nursing and received her associates of nursing from Pima Community College in 2003. She received her bachelor’s degree in 2013 and master’s degree of nursing in 2017 from the University of Phoenix. Her career history includes Med-Surg, Labor and Delivery, and Ambulatory care.
