Dr. Gann’s Diet of Hope is a six week intensive structured meal program. This program will teach you about proper nutrition and portion control. The Diet of Hope is not a high protein diet. It provides sufﬁcient protein, good fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Reﬁned carbohydrates such as bread, pasta, cereals, and rice are avoided.
A person who adheres to our program can expect to achieve:
*5 – 15% of body weight loss in the ﬁrst six weeks
*Improved cholesterol levels
*Improved blood pressure
*Improved blood sugar levels
*Increase in energy
Our six week teaching program includes:
*Medical supervision throughout the program
*EKG, lipid panel, hemoglobin A1C, and metabolic test (initial visit and completion of six weeks)
*Weekly weigh in and individual consultation with a medical provider
*The tools to maintain your weight loss and continue to lose until you meet your goal.
After the six week program is completed we will help you to maintain your weight loss and continue to lose weight until your goals are achieved.
